NOW A LOCUS AWARD FINALIST!"e A classic space opera.a universe we've never seen before."e -Delilah S. There were a couple of hiccups along the way – particularly Sloan’s inability to move on from her past tragic romance which resonated emotionally to me the most. It was nice to spend some time losing myself in the world of easy romance. It got a bit tiring in the middle but the lead up to the “happy ever after” changed the phase. The meet-cute element was super charming. The Happy Ever After Playlist tells the story of Sloan, an artist who tragically lost her fiance in a traffic accident, and Jason, an up-and-coming musician, who accidentally met because of Jayson’s dog. I honesty didn’t expect to enjoy it this much but I did. This charming little thing has been a welcome change from the depressing and über complicated plots of the books I’ve read recently. The question is: With his music career on the rise, how long will Jason really stick around? And is it possible for Sloan to survive another heartbreak? (via Goodreads) There’s no telling what could happen when they meet in person. But what if this Jason guy really loves Tucker? As their flirty texts turn into long calls, Sloan can’t deny a connection. Well, Sloan’s not about to give up her dog without a fight. Then, after weeks of unanswered texts, Tucker’s owner reaches out. With her new pet by her side, Sloan finally starts to feel more like herself. But one trouble-making pup with a “take me home” look in his eyes is about to change everything. Two years after losing her fiancé, Sloan Monroe still can’t seem to get her life back on track. This brings Miss Marple to Lymstock for his funeral. Near the beginning of the show, Colonel Appleton gets one of the anonymous letters, perhaps one of the first ones. Here he was riding a motorcycle and had an accident. Jerry Burton does not get injured as the result of an aircrash. The adaptation is close to the original novel with only a few differences. But when the letter-writer apparently resorts to murder, Jerry finds his curiosity stoked despite himself, and he's not the only one Miss Jane Marple is also in Lymstock, and she's decided that it's long past time someone got to the bottom of this unpleasant business. A local dignitary has already taken his own life over the letters, and it's not long before local gossip Mona Symmington also commits suicide after receiving a letter. Much to their surprise, however, they find themselves embroiled in the middle of scandal and secrets someone is sending vicious poison-pen letters to the residents. When troubled war veteran Jerry Burton and his sister Joanna relocate to the quiet little village of Lymstock in order to allow Jerry to recuperate from injuries received in what he claims is a motorcycle accident, they are expecting nothing more than country sleepiness and tedium. No, I didn't know that I always wanted to write. I believe in romance, I've always been a daydreamer, and I'm a HUGE fan of books, always have been. I live in Southern California and I can't function without iced coffee. I'm married happily, I met my dream guy 20 years ago, and we have 4 children. I'm a full time home 'supervisor' which is a nice word for saying I'm a housewife. By the time I was nine years old I had an adult library card wher I had a rather short area here telling a little about me but then I had more than a few people ask me to expand it so. I read entire series (Pippi Longstocking, Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys, Trixie Beldon, The Borrowers, etc) in a matter of days at a time. I had a rather short area here telling a little about me but then I had more than a few people ask me to expand it so. After a doctor gave Kit his prognosis, Ausiello had to film an on-camera conversation with Bell. He got the phone call that Kit might have cancer while on the set of The Americans waiting to interview Russell. Ausiello is an entertainment journalist, who wrote for TV Guide and Entertainment Weekly before founding the website. He said goodbye again on the book’s press tour, speaking to writers like me, to his friends, and to celebrities who are mentioned in it, like Kristen Bell and Keri Russell. He said goodbye to him in his book, Spoiler Alert: The Hero Dies, about meeting and falling in love with Kit and caring for him at the end of his life, which he wrote while still in the grieving process. He has been saying goodbye to him-grieving him, remembering him, celebrating him-almost constantly since. Seven-and-a-half years ago, Michael Ausiello said goodbye to his husband, Kit Cowan, who died of cancer. Grant doesn't really care and says so he has questions but since he likes Wylie (and has been eying him from afar for a while) he doesn't care beyond wanting to make sure he doesn't do something to upset Wylie when they make-out - and more. Wylie agrees to go, but he tells Grant that he is transgender, wanting to make sure that doesn't change anything between them. Even though they have only known each other a few days, Grant asks Wylie if he wants to go with him on his trip to a bank that his mother told him to visit. It's sad that Grant's mother passes a few days after that. They exchange contact information and promise to call and text each other during Christmas break. They meet at a frat party mid-December and they are both interested in each other and make out that night. The snuggles, the embarrassments, the corny bi-play between them. I couldn't stop grinning while reading parts of this book because Wylie and Grant were so cute together. This was a cute short story that didn't suffer too much angst, but is an insta-love romance.
